.macos.haiku files will describe macOS UI flows and run them on the
desktop via a macOS-specific driver. Support is in development.
When it ships, the format mirrors iOS — same body
grammar, same frontmatter shape, with target.bundle_id pointing at a macOS
app and the device field swapped for whatever discriminator the macOS driver
ends up using.
